We will complete a needs assessment survey to analyze current conditions to boost operational and system efficiency. Deliverables will include an evaluation of current staffing levels along with recommendations. Hands-on solutions to solve specific client challenges will be provided. Development of an opening plan will also include the above assessments, evaluations and recommendations.

Supply Chain Management:

Supply chain management encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing (warehousing/receiving), procurement, conversion, and logistics management.

GSV provides both knowledge and training in Inventory Management Systems/MRP, Stratton Warren, and RedRock technologies.

Standards and Procedures Development:

We provide full assessments on current operational practices, evaluating effectiveness and supplementing industry “best practices” to address specific client challenges. We will also review current staffing levels for optimum efficiency and salary savings.

Games/Slots:

Our group will analyze the current level of expertise in cheating techniques and table game protection. We will offer solutions to help maximize casino revenue through table games and floor configuration, offering evaluations of Point of Sale and the Jackpot/Player Club for theft protection.

Casino Floor and Slot Layout:

For better market value, a full review of the current floor or proposed configuration for table games and slots will be recommended. This includes a review of the slot mix placement for optimum use. Additionally, a review of soft count room for CCTV coverage will be provided.

Due Diligence and Investigations:

We will provide full comprehensive employee background checks. Solutions may include secret shopper service by former FBI personnel.

Compliance Reviews:

Compliance reviews will be completed to assure that your propertyand its employees are in complete compliance with the regulations in your jurisdiction, and the established policies and procedures of your facility.
