Surveillance System Review and Design:

Systems will be designed to heighten revenue for hospitality, industrial security and loss prevention. This will include a complete analysis of current CCTV system and recommended upgrades. Full evaluation of digital technology and POS interface will be provided. An analysis of digital recording, networking, IP technologies, and how it relates to different applications and jurisdictions will be completed.

Additionally, solutions for access control and alarms will be recommended.




CAD Drawings and Design Development:

As a key part of our technical services, GSV provides CAD drawings, along with design development. This includes, but is not limited to: development of drawings, sketches, criteria and estimates for equipment and system, based entirely on the established program and materials.




Punchlist Evaluation and Inspection:

GSV provides a punchlist evaluation of completed work on both new and/or upgraded systems. Along with this, we will inspect and confirm 100% compliance of all contracted provisions.

Budget Development:

We will provide an analysis of projected costs, life-cycle costs and return of investments on new and upgraded surveillance and security CCTV systems. In addition we will also complete a review of departmental budgets and recommend areas of projected savings.

Bid Preparation and Follow-through:

Our consultants will complete the preparation of bid documents and distribution to leading leading integrators in the industry. All bids will be reviewed, resulting in the recommendation of bid awards. The deliverables will include a punch list evaluation and inspection.
