Gaming/Hospitality Opening:

New Resort, requiring Security/Surveillance, will be provided with an opening plan which includes the staff, practices, procedures and policy manuals and all aspect of gaming protection for opening your property.

Training services:

Training services will be provided to maximize learning and knowledge retention to include: on-site and hands-on approach, structured environment that includes set goals and rewards, individualized attention, measurable results, and flexibility. Training will be provided during all shifts.

Training Modules:

Training modules will be created to ensure that revenue loss is minimized. Observational training will be provided for each department: count room, cage, slot floor, table games, point-of-sale systems in the player's club, food and beverage, retail and hotel area. Theft detection, observation diversification and evidence handling will also be addressed. Varying the monitor wall to maximize diversification and peripheral vision will be presented. Our consultants will create department standard operating procedures and daily requirements.

Table Games:

Dealers will be trained in all games, game protection, card counting, and detecting advantage play. Regular discussions in the detecting of cheating will be held.

Surveillance Team:

Does your team catch: Theft? Cheaters?, Skilled Players? Internal Controls Violations? Is your team: Proactive? Reactive? De-active? Do they wait for the phone to ring?
